Inspired by a trip to Italy where I went to the Vatican and got to see the incredible innumerable paintings by Michelangelo that cover the Sistine Chapel ceiling. It was the most memorable trip of my life and I wanted to recreate one of the most iconic paintings in my dreamy and abstract style - to bring a visual taste of Italy back with me.
